Usha is the best Pilates instructor I ever had!!! Her knowledge is outstanding and she works on any issue you have.

The Pilates instructor was amazing and I learned a lot. if this place was closer to me I definitely would go back.

The staff are very professional and helpful they make you feel right at home

They were all really nice, but overall it was not worth the time or money. Pilates was shortened due to not finding a form that I needed to fill out sign first. I didn't get a workout, just learned about breathing and looked at my body stance and such. It is really a test to see if you want to sign up with them as a pilates client. The hydro massage is nice but nothing special. Overall, not worth it.
