They should never force a customer on their computer, make them waste their time, and make them feel guilty that what they told you was correct. Also, you do not send nasty emails about the darn tax! If you wnat to grow a business qand get good exposure, you must treat everyone well, and then it will come. The massage therapist was very good,d espita the tiny rooms, and nastiness of mgt. I have to go back, 2 more are paid for... excpet for the tax, which i am sure will beprio to my next one!@
