I went to Direct Tools in Monroe Ohio, and was impressed with the help of Terry and a gentleman who I assumed was the store manager. We discussed an irksome situation and their conduct and professionalism of these gentlemen was impressive particularly Terry. I will be shopping there again.

It was not clear that the Ridgid tools you sell were or were not covered under the Lifetime Service Agreement. The employees thought that they were covered, but what I read on the Ridgid web site or the Home Depot site said that they were not. So I didn't buy any Ridgid anything.

Your website just barely skimmed the surface of all the great values that were in our local store. Perhaps there should be a bold print disclaimer that merchandise selection varies per store, and that there are many more products available locally than are shown on the website. As a first time shopper, I was thrilled by the merchandise and the superior customer service.
