Fall Ziplining + Campfire with S'mores...
Boulder County
With our penchant for outdoor activities, Denverites know a little something about having the proper attire for the occasion—which is why we always check the weather report before selecting our reversible fleece, ultra-light wind-proof shell, or water-resistant parka. If you're eagerly anticipating your first brisk autumn outing, this Adventure's got you covered: a fall ziplining tour followed by a campfire cook-out with s'mores, hot chocolate, and coffee.
We'll meet at Denver Zipline Tours in Conifer—a 30-minute drive from downtown—where our team of zippered-up zippers will be waiting to check us in. Next, we will be shuttled to the zipline course (about a five minute drive), where we'll get a short safety lesson before taking to the course for 3.5 hours of ziplining fun, cruising up to 50 mph on 6,000 feet of lines more than 200 feet off the ground. In total, we'll ride six lines—including three of Colorado's longest and fastest—all offering spectacular views of the pine forests and meadows blanketing the Rocky Mountains around us.
When we've had enough of the elements above ground, we'll warm up around a roaring campfire. As we swap stories about our high-flying day, we'll scarf down a snack of scrumptious s'mores (marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate provided), as well as hot chocolate and coffee. However you decide to dress, one thing's for sure: this Adventure will be a perfect fit.

Zipline Tour, Appetizer + Beer
Boulder County
Elevation is relative; you might be dwelling a mile higher than the rest of America, but you're still walking on asphalt day in and day out. Put some zip in your step by running on clouds with this Adventure: a zipline tour, an appetizer, and beer.
We'll gather at Denver Adventures, home to a zipline course that has you flying by at up to 50 MPH 200 feet in the air, on Foxton Road in Conifer. There, we'll meet our team of aerodynamic dynamos and divide into groups. After a brief safety tutorial from a licensed instructor, we'll have our go at six ziplines that total more than 6,000 feet in length, soaring through pine forests, mountain meadows, and taking in the sylvan expanse as we take in the fine vistas. Be sure to down those protein shakes the night before; we'll have to scale a patch of mountainside to reach two of the ziplines.
Following the three-hour excursion through this aerial atelier, we'll trade in velocity for inertia and nosh on a scrumptious bite to eat brought to us by Brooks Place Tavern. Look forward to a choice of chicken tenders, potato skins, wings, or a hummus appetizer. We'll also get a frothy cold one to help wash it all down. What's not relative? The extreme adrenaline rush we'll be dreaming about for days on end.
