Dilemma: When it comes to relaxing, you want to do some yoga, but your friend wants to unwind by drinking some good beers. Why not do both? Snag this fantastic Adventure and you can when you take part in a yoga class and beer tasting.

Grab a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a thirst for some German hops and head to Amrita Yoga & Wellness on Frankford Avenue in Fishtown where our team of stress relievers will be on hand. We'll begin our day of relaxation by enjoying some deep, replenishing breaths with a one-hour yoga class of our choice in Amrita's beautiful and serene studio. Choose from Yin Yoga, a relaxing floor practice that uses props to hold traditional poses longer than usual; Core Yoga, a practice that focusses on strengthening core muscles with a combination of yoga, functional training and Pilates; or Aerial Yoga, which uses a soft trapeze (a long piece of cloth or hammock) to allow for traditional yoga poses to be performed while suspended slightly in air.

After getting our namaste groove on, it'll be time for good brews and light bites. We'll make our way down the block to Frankford Hall, where we'll enjoy a post-yoga sampling of German delicacies. In this industrial beer garden, we'll relax and dine on Bavarian pretzels, beet and goat cheese salads, and potato pancakes, all the while sampling four five-ounce beers of different styles. We'll mix and mingle with our fellow Adventurers and marvel at a day that's solved at least one dilemma: downward dog or down some beers? We know the answer.
