Choose from one of three S Factor Studios locations (Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, or Encino) and meet our flexible team who will be waiting to join us on the dance floor. We'll limber up and get in the mood with some yoga to jump-start our session. Once our limbs are ready to take on a hot and heavy workout, we'll learn the basics of pole dancing, as instructors give us a glimpse of this strength component of S Factor's groundbreaking sexy fitness method—a workout routine that combines yoga, ballet, Pilates, striptease, and pole dancing in pursuit of a toned body.

Once we've worked up a healthy appetite, we'll move on to an hour-long reception with three drink tickets for a Champagne bar and chocolate covered strawberries. We'll indulge in these sinful snacks and sips as instructors perform a pole-dancing routine for our entertainment. While our event may end after the show, the day's experience will certainly provide the ignition we'll need to take a less inhibited approach to whatever life throws at us. After all, as R. Kelly would note: It's the freakin' weekend... time to have some fun.
