You've run up the famous Rocky steps, you've jogged down the middle of 9th Street in the Italian Market, heck, you've even considered taking a few swings at hanging slabs of meat, as if they were punching bags. Consider this Adventure your personal Adrian when you join us for an intro to boxing class followed by a live sparring demo.

Grab some athletic gear and that Italian Stallion spirit and head to Daddis Fight Camps in South Philly where our team of tough guys and gals will be waiting. We'll have exclusive access to Daddis' amazing facility, as the expert, elite, MMA instructors provide us with a two-hour introduction to boxing class. We'll wrap up our hands and throw on some boxing gloves (provided by Daddis), and get warmed up for a lesson in how to put the hurt down.

We'll learn boxing from the ground up, focusing on our fitness levels and the fundamental skills we'll need in order to build our form. Even better, once we've worked ourselves into top boxing shape, we'll get to take in a live instructional sparring demo—an experience we'll likely feel better watching than participating in. You can't hang a Rocky poster in your Philly pad until you've put on the red gloves and taken a few swings in the ring. Experience need not matter. Just bring that never-give-up attitude.
